AML/KYC programme design for APAC crypto

What we deliver

• STR / SAR / CTR filings. Workflow design and template population for FIU-level filings — KoFIU, AMLO Hong Kong, PPATK Indonesia, AUSTRAC, FIU-IND, AMLC Philippines, AMLO Thailand.
• Independent AML audit readiness. Biennial audit prep where prescribed (NZ AML/CFT Act 2009, MAS) — pre-audit gap analysis and remediation.
• Sanctions and PEP screening. List integration, alert workflow, false-positive remediation procedures.

Travel Rule across APAC

FATF Recommendation 16 implementation differs by jurisdiction. We integrate the right Travel Rule solution at the right threshold:

• Singapore — SGD 1,500 under MAS Notice PSN02 Para 7.
• Hong Kong — Travel Rule under AMLO Schedule 2, in force since 1 June 2023.
• Japan — JPY 100,000 equivalent under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, in force 1 June 2023.
• South Korea — KRW 1,000,000 under SFTRA, in force since 25 March 2022.
• Australia — full FATF R.16 from 31 March 2026 under Tranche 2.
