
Sherzod runs the Uzbekistan practice. He leads NAPP crypto-exchange, crypto-depository and mining-pool licensing, local-node infrastructure planning and the firm's positioning around the 2026 stablecoin sandbox.
Sherzod holds an LLB from Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL). He started as a legal intern at EY Uzbekistan in Inconel Business Center, Tashkent, then joined a Tashkent law firm working on NAPP regulatory matters. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2023 and has since led NAPP licensing, local-node infrastructure planning and the firm's response to the 2024 enforcement turn (Binance among others).
