Background

Ramon holds a JD from Ateneo de Manila Law School. He started as a legal-and-tax intern at SGV & Co. (EY Philippines) in Bonifacio Global City, then moved into a mid-sized Makati corporate firm advising rural banks and e-money issuers. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2020 and has since led BSP VASP filings, BSP-licensee acquisition workstreams during the moratorium, and SEC CASP scoping work after MC 04-2025 took effect on 5 July 2025.
