Pimchanok Suksawat
Pimchanok runs the Thailand practice. She leads SEC Digital Asset Business filings across all categories — Exchange, Broker, Dealer, Custodial Wallet, Advisor and Fund Manager — plus AMLO compliance and the TouristDigiPay sandbox engagement.
Background
Pimchanok holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law. She started as a tax-and-regulatory intern at KPMG Thailand in Empire Tower, Sathorn, then joined a Bangkok fintech advisory boutique. She joined Crypto License Asia in 2020 as the SEC Digital Asset regime became active and has since led applications across the full category set, including Custodial Wallet under SEC Notification KorThor 28/2567.
