Background

Le Quoc Bao holds an LLB from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He started as a legal intern at KPMG Vietnam in Bitexco Financial Tower, HCMC, then served as corporate counsel at a Vietnamese bank's fintech subsidiary. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2023 to lead the Vietnam pilot practice and has since structured the first cohort of consortia for the IFC Da Nang sandbox.
