Background

Hiroshi holds an LLB from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. He started in the tax practice at Deloitte Tohmatsu in Marunouchi, Tokyo, then moved into fintech regulatory advisory through the 2017–2018 crypto-exchange regulatory overhaul that produced the modern PSA Chapter III-2 framework. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2021 and has since led CAESP applications, JVCEA pre-consultation cycles and the firm's preparation for the FIEA reclassification effective during FY2027.
