Budi Santoso
Budi runs the Indonesia practice. He leads OJK PFAK applications under POJK 27/2024, the Bappebti-to-OJK transition (effective 10 January 2025), PT-PMA structuring and OJK fit-and-proper preparation for directors and controlling shareholders.
Background
Budi holds a Sarjana Hukum (SH) from Universitas Indonesia Fakultas Hukum. He started as a legal intern at PwC Indonesia in WTC 3, Jakarta, then joined a Jakarta corporate firm working on OJK banking filings. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2021 during the Bappebti-era expansion and has since led PFAK applications and the firm's seven-client transition through the OJK takeover in January 2025.
