Background

Aibek holds an LLB from KIMEP University School of Law, Almaty. He started as a legal intern at KPMG Kazakhstan in Esentai Tower, Almaty, then joined an AIFC-focused boutique firm advising on Astana Financial Services Authority regulations. He joined Crypto License Asia in 2023 and has since led DATF, Custody and DA-extended applications under the consolidated DAA framework.
